If you're trying the bar for the first time, we recommend starting slowly. 

Each of the 12 squares contains 12.5 mg CBD & 2.5 mg Delta-8. Start low and go slow. Eat just a half to a full square to start. Once you find an amount that works for you, adjust from there.

You can also melt down the rich chocolate on very light heat, and make chocolate-covered strawberries. Just make sure to track the amount of CBD and Delta-8 for each strawberry. The chocolate squares make it easy to measure.

How Long Does It Last?

The effects after taking Delta-8 THC and CBD can last different lengths of time depending on the method you use to ingest it and your body's ability to process it.

It may take an hour to feel the full effects of the CBD Chocolate, but we recommend waiting 60-90min before ingesting more. What is broad-spectrum CBD?

Broad-spectrum CBD is one of the three types of cannabidiol extracts commonly used to make CBD products. To understand broad-spectrum CBD, you first need to understand how CBD extracts are made.

The initial extract taken from the hemp plants is called full-spectrum CBD, or a whole-plant extract. This unaltered version contains all of the other beneficial compounds found in hemp, including flavonoids, terpenes, and phytocannabinoids. However, full-spectrum CBD also contains some Delta-9 THC - up to 0.3%, which is the federally imposed limit.

We understand that not everyone wants to ingest Delta-9 THC in any amount. This is where the broad-spectrum CBD extract comes in. Broad-spectrum CBD is created when a full-spectrum extract is purified of its Delta-9 THC content. Simply put, broad-spectrum CBD contains 0.0% Delta-9 THC, but it can still contain other beneficial cannabinoids and compounds such as cannabichromene, limonene, or myrcene.

CBD is generally well-tolerated by human bodies, so the likelihood of adverse side effects to this compound should be small. In some cases, you might experience dry mouth, drowsiness, and fatigue.
