How does drive-up pickup work?
Place your order online and choose pickup at our Wales shop at checkout. When you arrive, call or text us at 833-524-3276 and we'll bring your order out to your car.
When will my pickup order be ready?
Orders placed during store hours are usually ready the same day. Placed after hours? We'll have it ready the next day we're open.
Do I need to bring ID?
For any 21+ product, yes. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID, whether you're shopping in store or picking up an order.
What if a product isn't right for me?
Bring it back within 60 days and we'll give you store credit toward something that fits better. See our return policy for the details.
