Refund policy
Not the right fit? Return it within 60 days for store credit toward something that is. We want you to love what you take home, and finding the right product sometimes takes a try or two.
What you can return
- Any product bought from us online or at our Wales store, within 60 days of purchase.
- Opened products are fine. Trying it is how you find out it isn't right for you.
- Please include your order number or receipt.
What you'll receive
Store credit for the price you paid for the returned product. Original shipping charges are not credited. Returns are not eligible for a cash or card refund.
How to start a return
- In store: bring the product to 200 W Summit Ave, Wales, WI 53183, during store hours (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 10am–6pm; Sat 10am–4pm).
- By mail: email info@lakecountrygrowers.com with your order number and the product you're returning. We'll reply with return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
