We want you to feel confident trying Lake Country Growers products. Eligible purchases are covered by our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, subject to the requirements and exclusions stated in our Returns & Refund Policy. Our complete Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund because of health, safety, hygiene, personalization, final-sale status, or other reasons stated in the Returns & Refund Policy. Refunds, when approved, will be issued according to the procedures described in that policy.

If there is an inconsistency between this section and our published Returns & Refund Policy regarding return procedures, the Returns & Refund Policy will control.

14. Promotions, Discounts & Discount Codes
