How to take CBD oil?
Place a drop or more under your tongue and hold the oil there without swallowing for 30-60 seconds.
How much to take
There is no one-size-fits-all amount. Start with the lowest amount possible and increase slowly.
A 1500mg bottle contains more CBD per dropper than a 500mg bottle, so you will likely need fewer drops for the same amount of CBD.
Each product label states the total CBD content and the amount of CBD per serving. Common amounts range from 5 mg to 25 mg, so it's better to start slow.
Possible side effects of CBD
Possible side effects include:

How long does CBD oil take, and how long does it last?
Timing differs by person and by how you take it. Taken under the tongue, onset can be as soon as half an hour. Swallowed, it may take a few hours.
As a rule of thumb, it lasts between 2 and 8 hours, depending on your metabolism and when and what you've eaten that day.

Can CBD make you high?
THC and CBD are both cannabinoids, but they are different compounds. This tincture is broad spectrum and contains 0.0% THC.
What is broad-spectrum CBD and how is it different from full-spectrum CBD?
Both contain CBD as well as other cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, and plant compounds. The difference is THC content: full-spectrum CBD products contain up to 0.3% THC, while broad-spectrum products contain 0.0% THC. There's also CBD isolate, a refined form of CBD that does not contain any other compounds.
What is CBD oil?
